
EyeHub is a leading ophthalmology clinic on the Sunshine Coast specialising in advanced laser vision correction and comprehensive eye care. Our goal was to rebuild their digital presence from the ground up designing a modern, trustworthy, and patient-friendly brand experience that reflected their clinical excellence. This included creating a new website, developing a consistent social media identity, and managing ongoing advertising campaigns across Meta and Google to increase visibility for both refractive surgery and general ophthalmology services.
The brief was to modernise EyeHub’s digital footprint and communicate the sophistication of its clinical technology in a way that felt approachable and human. On social media, we established a consistent tone and visual identity to showcase both the advanced technology and the human stories behind EyeHub’s success.
For advertising, we launched data-driven Meta and Google campaigns promoting laser vision correction, cataract surgery, and general ophthalmology services. Each ad set was tailored for audience intent — from awareness campaigns that built confidence in the EyeHub brand to conversion-focused campaigns encouraging bookings for consultations.
The new website and marketing rollout significantly enhanced EyeHub’s digital presence and patient engagement. The clinic saw a notable increase in online enquiries and bookings for laser vision correction procedures, alongside steady growth in organic visibility and social media following.
